????Feeding Techniques????
Good day, hoping all is well out there. Question, know this is going to sound silly but just want to make sure I'm not fumbling on my own goal line. Here it goes..... been feeding the kids (in flower) Fox Farm nutrients (Big Bloom/Tiger Bloom) in a 2.5 gallon container. So, I place both (6.5 tsp/5 tsp combined respectively). This is ok, y/n? Again, know it sounds silly just want to be 150% proof positive. Peace

I forget what your medium is. If you are using a living soil you don't need much at all. If you're growing in inert medium then 50% to 100% of the recommended amount on the chart. Fox Farm seems to recommend the same amount of these nutrients whether organic or hydro. This doesn't add up to me. But, it does add up to them $$$ ;)

Using a peat based soil mix. Outlined in an earlier thread..... 1/3 peat, 1/3 manure & 1/3 perlite. Water feeder is 2.5 G & pots are 5 gallon. Thanks for the super quick response.

those fox farm products you are using are friendly to organics, just don't over feed. Not good for the biology or the plants. You're gonna kill it! (in the good way)

Ordered another 2.5 G container of Fox Farm Big Bloom. Figured since I also have the added FF supplements i.e. Grow Big, Tiger Bloom as well as the micro nutes Beastie Bloomz etc just gonna stay the course. Anyone else out there using the same & if so any helpful inside tips on their usage? Peace
