Subbing today...1st timer-

Today I am supposed to do my pre-employment Non-DOT UA. (if the paperwork gets here on time) I KNOW for a fact I will not pass unless I sub. I have not done so before, but with the help of this forum, I am feeling pretty confident about it. I am female- so I feel like subbing is a little more difficult for us to pull off. My boyfriend has been subbing for years, and has had no issues with it. I have a clean donor (Score one for having cool clean teenagers...). My plan is to use the bottle that came with the Synthetix5 bottle, and use my daughters urine. The bottle has a temp strip on it, which I tested temps and stuff using the synthetic urine as a practice base. I plan on wearing a dress with Pantyhose to help keep the bottle in place. I havent read about any females using pantyhose to keep things in place, but I think it is going to work. The test is going to be done at a Quest lab in a nearby city about a half hours drive from me. My only fear/concern is the temp of the bottle staying within range and how weird it is going to be sitting in a waiting room and driving around with a big ass bottle parked near my snatch. I was surprised at how big the bottle was in the synthetix kit. They should make slightly smaller ones and a better shape to fit the female form better. I know I am going to sweat to death wearing hose in 95 degree weather, and I hope it doesnt affect the temp too much.

UPDATE: My damn FedEx hasnt arrived yet. Grrr... I hate waiting for things once I am bent on doing something. I called the Quest Clinic to feel them out and get the hours etc. My concern was having to not only DRIVE 30-45 mins to get there, but to wait for how ever long til I can sample. I asked the gal about that, stating that I have a long drive and have a sensitive bladder. She assured we can "get in and out" without a big ol wait. The nurse was cool, and it was obvious they do this alot. I am actually pretty stoked to do this. I love the thrill of riding a fine line!

Ive actually read some accounts (elsewhere) of female subbers wearing thigh-highs and hiding the bottle there - all with successful results.

Hopefully the clinic that you will be using (and waiting inside) will not have a broken A/C system. Most facilities in hotter areas of the country have their A/C systems jacked up quite high during the summer months.

A tipper in regards to waiting inside the "ice cold A/C" clinic: Avoid cold seats! Cold seats can cause the temp drop at the bottle. Stand up instead (and not in an area where a ceiling A/C duct is directly blowing) and wait for a seat that had just been vacated by a warm body. :thumbsup:

Welp, It is Sunday and I have not heard back as to whether all was successful or not. I am assuming no news is good news. LADIES- The dress and pantyhose worked like a charm. I ended up not needing the hot packs, because as soon as I got the package with the lab order, I had my donor do her deed, put it in the Synthetix5 bottle, stashed it between my normal panties and the pantyhose. I put another pair of granny panties I had (hanes cotton bikinis...) over the pantyhose "just in case". I was worried about the size of the bottle (4 inches long, approx 3 in wide and about an inch thick.). I was comfortable the whole way. I was able to switch out the pee by pouring it into the cup while I voided a bit in the loo. The nurse was none the wiser. I think she cared more about her sh!tbag boyfriend than anything (yes that was her convo with the other nurse. I heard it while I was switching out. Funny. I dressed to the nines as if I was going to a job interview. While in the waiting room, I noticed another girl there who was obviously subbing. She was nervous, wearing pajama bottoms and sitting very weirdly in the chair. Ladies, I wouldnt mess with a condom when it comes to storage of the urine.Go with a bottle with a temp strip. You will be fine.

By the way... I GOT THE JOB! :)
