Dilution Method "Advice Please"

Hello again..

So I just recently found out that my drug screen will not be through dot but through the company im interviewing with so im not sure if i'll be able to pull off the bring a bottle trick although I will bring it just in case.The day of the test I will have 50 days clean of medium heavy use.Last night I failed 1 dollartree home thc test which is a bummer :( the night before I was diluted and passed one with a faint line and another 1 hr later had a super faint of faint lines that was kind of hard to see..

As I mentioned before I worked out really hard and dropped 30+lbs in the last few months especially the last 6 weeks when I quit burning.I would've thought all the excersise would've burned off a lot of that thc.However I need a back up plan just in case I cant take the bottle in.I have read the sticky dilution method minus the aspirin and I've already been loading up on creatine and the day of the test I plan on starting my flush early morning with water and cranberry juice..once my urine turns clear I plan on starting the b2 and Gatorade w/a little salt..Now I read that rolaids are good too? may I ask why? does anyone have a clue?i'd imagine the very knowledgeable moderators would know? sorry for asking the same questions other users have already asked im just seeking advice from the experienced and really trying to execute this very carefully..

Also from your experience what are my chances of passing with dilution given the fact that I will be 50 days free of thc on test day??

Many individuals think that when you burn fat cells, you are also "burning away THC" - thats entirely a misconception. Thats not how it works. Read post #5 of this thread:

thanks bt..understood and I haven't worked out all week and will not until after the test....also do you know why rolaids are good for u/a are is that false? I know the answer is here on this site somewhere but im having trouble finding the answer

ok so I tested NEGATIVE on a home test a bit ago! yessss! clearly negative too!
about 2 hrs ago I drank about 5-6 glasses of water back to back..I chilled out for about 20-30 minutes and urinated about 5-6 times within that time..then I took b2 tablets and drank a tall glass of cranberry juice..chilled another 20-30 minutes and downed a bottle of green tea..I went to the restroom another 2-3 times until the b2 kicked in and gave it a yellow color..I then urinated in a disposable cup ,dipped my test strip for 3 seconds and 2 lines appeared right away! I didn't do the Gatorade and salt thing like intend to do on test day..ive been taking the creatine tablets daily for the past 3 days and will continue throughout the weekend with no excersise..man im really stressin over this! I so need this job! heres a pic of my test strip

Now with the THC part out of the way, your next concern is whether or not your creatinine and S/G are within the satisfactory ranges in time for the U/A. Too bad you dont have any validity strips to test and be sure.

They can be found by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits"

thanks BT..with 2 days left I don't think its possible for me to get one..im still going to take a bottle just in case..however I will probably do the half dilution method..Ive been taking creatine supplements for 3 days now..2 in the morning and 2 in the evening..daily dose is 6 but I take 4..I plan on bbq'ing some medium rare tri-tip tomorrow that I will aslo grub on the day before the test and most likely for breakfast the day of the test..if that even helps..I will be drinking Gatorade and 2 b2 vitamins in the morning and 2 more about an hour before the test..I don't want to over do it with 10 b2's and piss green for the test for that will raise some eyebrows..from my experiments yesterday 2 b2's and then 2 more about 1-2 hrs later will keep me just the right color..Im going to take about 4 rolaids before test and i'll be grubbing on some salty sunflower seeds all morning long to get that salt in my system again if that even helps at all but just to be safe.. I don't want to over dilute so i'll probably start with a few glasses of Gatorade to get my urine going piss about 3-4 times and then slow it down to about a tall glass every 30 minutes for about 2 hrs and then 1 hr before the test i'll slam 1 big bottle and take 4 more rolaids and 2 b2's..so about 3-4 tall bottles of Gatorade and about 1-2 bottles of cranberry juice should do me right im thinking..any feedback or objections would help me out bigtime again I don't want to over dilute because im borderline clean as it is and my 1st option is my substitute bottle but if for some reason I cant make it happen i'll be half diluted just in case i'll let you guys know how it goes..this site is very helpful thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and special thanks to the very knowledgeable moderators! peace
