Ripoff LED vendor???

Hey All,

I recently ordered an LED light from Hydroponics Hut. Anyone have experience with them? Good or bad customer service? Good or bad products?

I recently ordered from them after reading some positive reviews. It's been two weeks and they haven't processed my order. They didn't add rewards points to my account. They don't list my transaction in my account history. The date on my account was wildly inaccurate. There were several other website flaws. I sent them an email and received a long string of computer code gibberish. Eventually I received an email response from the company and the chick gave me nothing but attitude. I have screenshots and emails so y'all don't think I'm just bashing a business. They say they have 10 business days to ship my order (weekends and holidays excluded). They took a lot of my money and now I'm wondering if I'm being ripped off.

Anyone have any insights? Thanks in advance!
