please help test tomorrow.....

so i tested last friday and it came back today as a negative dilute.. i drunk 2 glasses of water before leaving the house and a 64 ounce bottle on my way there not knowing they was going to send my test to the lab to be tested.. i can't use anyone else's pee because the drop is supervised:mad: i smoked a half of joint every night for about a month just to go to sleep because i work 2nd shift, i was hurt on the job so they dropped me on the spot now i have to do rehab:wtf: i've been clean for 25 days and i have to retest tomorrow.. any advice on what i can do to get a negative result? i need to go back to work i have to many bills palling up please help

Read the dilution sticky. The only issue is you already were busted for diluting, so if it happens again, they might fail you. If you are heavier set with not much muscle, I doubt it's all gone. If you are skinny with a high metabolism, it could be gone. Perhaps buy a drug test and test yourself. I exercise every day and it took me over 3 weeks to burn off the THC from smoking every day-ish. Good luck. If all else fails, follow the dilution sticky and hope for the best.

Exercise burns fat cells, but not the THC metabolites that were stored in the fat cells. THC is eliminated via excretion. When fat cells burn, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream. The kidneys filter the THC metabolites from the bloodstream and deposits them into the bladder for the eventual exit. This is the main reason why THC carries a longer detection period than other types of drugs.

It is also the reason why exercise should be avoided if a person is failing home tests and his/her scheduled U/A is 3 days (or less) away. That way s/he wont be releasing a bunch of THC metabolites into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.

ok my test was negative, it was a false positive.. i took riboflavin b2 i think thats what caused the false positive but who knows i drunk 4 glasses of water b4 leaving the house and took 2 multivitamin i only peed once b4 leaving the house because my test was really early in the morning.. do any1 think my test was diluted?

i have to take another drop soon

If the test result was "diluted", you wouldve been notified that the test was diluted, complete with quantitative values (for creatinine and specific gravity) provided to support the ruling.

There is no evidence that B2 causes a "false-positive" for THC or any other substance for that matter. Besides, theres really no false positives anymore. False positives are eliminated when the sample undergoes the confirmation GC/MS test. The GC/MS can tell the difference between illicit and non-illicit substances.

the lady that tested me said that the test was positive and then she sent it to the lab the results came back negative 2 weeks later... the night before i tested i drank 16 ounces of water every 30 mins and ate a lot of ground beef that morning @ about 630 a.m i peed then drank 32 ounces took 2 multivitamin and left out the door, i dropped @ about 1030 a.m.. i don't know if i was diluted or i really passed on my own.. im going to rehab because i dropped dirty @ work so they are making me take another test to make sure i'm really clean before i go back to work..today it's been 40 days since i smoked.. i don't have any money for a @ home test so thats y i'm seeking advice..
