I live in Washington State and have a few questions regarding patient providers, and I am hoping you can help me get the proper answers.
1.If I provide medical marijuana to a designated patient and then they sell it to someone who has no license, could I be held responsible?
2.What do most people charge for providing meds to patients, what is fair?
