OBEs or out of body experience. Third eye view

Hi everyone I really hope you guys have had or know(n) someone that has had an (OBEs) or out of body experience. Hear me out please and don't post any negative answers as to me being judged over the internet ect. Please, I am dead serious and I want a answer or close to answer or even some type of meaning ect ect..

I would have to say it was either early or late March or early April. Me and my friends deiced to go and smoke. It was three of us in total but one does not smoke so it was just two of us smoking one which was me. We took out first hit everything was alright.. second hit came I was feeling pretty high by then.. (not sure if I took a third hit so lets just continue from here) Me and my friend were sitting down on a bench while the other was in front us on a chair. We were talking but I was at the point were I was just getting stuck or getting hooked on what they were saying. Then came the point where they started talking to me.. it was such a weird feeling, everything they were saying had to do with me... in some type of way that was me they were talking about (but they were talking to ME) Not sure if that really makes sense.. Hopefully you guys catch it.... Well at the moment that was happening I felt a strange feeling that I have never felt before.. I cant really explain the feeling but I would say it was close to a adrenaline rush. A really strong one.. Basically when you have one everything is improved and accelerated. Thats kind of what I felt everything was just so fast and clear, from thoughts, to the vision, ect but everything was slow at the same time. The feeling of the adrenaline was so intense at that moment it was increasing up my body (at least thats what I felt) as if I was floating up but I was still seated.. Then it came to a point where something happened and I think this is where I did astral travel. I.... and don't doubt me when I say this because I wouldn't be taking my time writing this if it was a lie. I know what I saw... Well here it goes.. I practically saw my self over my friends head. (The one that was in front of me) While I was at that moment everything felt so different. I felt scared because of what I was seeing but I managed to stay for a couple of minutes (or who knows. to me it felt like minutes) I was seriously looking at myself through something. Took a couple seconds to just look around and I was everything but in a different state of mind you can I think.. then I came back and focused on myself. The feelings were so intense. I felt like I saw myself the way people look at me.. and it wasnt it a good picture... and as soon I felt that feeling or sense of thought while I was behind my friend I started to feel that feeling of adrenaline again but this time it was going down and I snapped back into my physical body. When that happened I know it was a matter of maybe 1 minute or less that they were to talking to me.. but when I was out of my body I felt like it was a lot longer than a minute so when I was back I was a little lost so I responded "wait what?" and after that I didn't feel the same vibe coming from them anymore that I felt before we were high. So I decided to go home. I was still thinking about it when I got home and I showered and its still continued for a couple of days. Maybe a week. I was drained from my energy that week. Everyone at school was asking me if I was okay. And obviously I just said "yeah im fine" but I really wasn't. I lost a bit of appetite, showed no interest in the things I was doing. At the time I had a girlfriend and she was the only one that I opened to about this. (This site is the second time I'm opening) She obviously said its weed, it messes with your head at times ect. And after I let it out to her it slowly went away with time. (The thought of what happened.) at the time I didnt know about astral travel or out of body experiencing. No wear in my mind I thought that was possible. Since that experience I changed quiet a bit. I started listing to underground hip-hop. When I was younger I would listen to it but I stopped. Well now I'm back again and its taught me quiet a bit of things about life. Its also introduced me to mediating and to opening my third eye view. One album that I have is called "Third eye view" The rapper talks about hoping you have your third eye open and that hopefully you blaze a bowl or two so you can see and feel what hes saying. He practically talks about what he sees when he uses his third eye. He also talks about escaping mental slavery. I have listened to that album high and at points it gets a extremely dark. (The lyrics he says) he talks about what he sees when hes seeing with his third eye (demons and shadow people. spirits good and bad) and hes religious, he is a jew. He mediates as well. He also talks about his out of body experience he had when he was 14. He says he saw himself just there in bed sleeping. And in that same album he talks about the out of body experiences he has to date. He says he also sees demons or spirits. Ive done tooking a test online it shows you how open your third eye is. Mine pretty open compared to what the test results show. One article says that you can open it by mediating or a certain event can open it. And I think MY out of body experience caused my third eye to open or possibly only a little bit So I want to know what do you guys think or know about the meaning of my out of body experience and what you guys know about having your third eye open? Good or bad? ect ect. Question like that. Thank you so much for taking your time to read this.

Sounds like you had a obe, astral projection is when you willingly project yourself out of body rather then spontaniously. I've been doing a lot of research on astral projection recently because it fascinated me tremendously . its quite a powerful feeling and through it you can. discover a lot about yourself and see yourself from another perspective . lots of people say its an life altering event. i dont think your ecperience is anythng spiritual, more like you have suddenly been made aware of your astral body. if yourbintrested in astral watchamacallit then you need to learn how to meditate. i always thought meditating is for hippies or budist monks, but alledgedly. through it you csn cobtrol your astral body and go ehere ever you want and see ehat ever you want and fuck who you want. anyways look on youtube for guided meditation for astral pro. if you can master meditatiob then you can master your third eye. any ways im tyoing ona cellphone and i got sticky fingers s baf combo. let me know if u got more questions or uhm yeah ok peace be upon u

Would you tell me some stuff that you know about it? Advice? Anything that you think will help me master meditation and get me to the point to astral travel again? Since you said you have been doing a lot of research. I would really appreciate it. Please and thank you. I always thought it was a bit silly to meditate and had some thoughts about it like you.. But I or should we say we had it all wrong.. The first time I tried it I felt great and I loved it. I just started meditation recently but I have not mastered it. I am looking forward to mastering it though. Fucking anyone you want? I've never heard of that one? You can?? Ive heard of the other two but not that one. Do you have any recommendations on a specific video? Do you think with help from a girl that meditates would be a bit easier for me to master it? I took a test that shows how open your charkas are and my third eye and my crown where the top ones. Then my naval was open but it wasn't active. The rest were under active. So I am trying to make them active as well as my naval by meditating of course. Yesterday (June 26, 2013) was the first day that I started to open my charkas. Started from the root charka and tomorrow I am going to move up to the next one and so on. I'm focusing on one a day. Once I reach my crown I am going to start at the root again. Or do you think its best just to work on my naval and the ones that are under active? (not open) Then once I open them I can work on them all? Or what do you think?
