Just subbed with human urine.. question about validity

Hey. I had a pre-employment drug test done by Quest today and decided to go with the subbing method as I figured it was probs the easiest route to go. Everything seemed to go fine; easily got the piss in the container without suspicion and passed the temperature test. However, I'm a little concerned about the quality of the human urine since i got it at about 7:30 last night and took the test today at around noon. I did refrigerate it immediately after I collected the clean sample and then heated before leaving around 10am (I had to travel a freaking hour to the test place for some reason. I tried to have the location changed to somewhere closer but didn't happen.) I guess what I'm asking is, is it possible that the urine "deteriorated" in the time frame between collection and completing the drug test? I've looked and can't find sure answers. Would like to hear past experiences or any advice on this. Thanks guys.

What did you do to keep the temperature up for the 1 hour drive if anything but then again what temperature did you heat it up to? Did you keep the bottle under your arm pit or in your underwear to keep it at body temperature? Or as I've heard from others place the bottle in the cup holder in front of the a/c vents?
