Drug screening question - Blood Test and Urine Test

Hey everyone,

This is my first post on these forums, but I've been reading them a lot the last few weeks to gain tips and methods to passing my DT.

Here's some background information. I'm about 160 lbs, 6' tall and I'm an average build with a pretty good metabolism. I don't workout except for some running roughly 2-3 times a week (which I have stopped, I'm trying to remain as dormant as possible now). I've smoked heavily (3-4 times a day) since September, took off all of December, and smoked heavily (with a few small breaks) up until April. I took all of April off except a few days at the end and then stopped smoking in May except for a week binge about 2 and half weeks ago.

I did a home test yesterday and still showed up positive, and my DT is in 2 days. The DT is for a chemical company and they told me to come in to do some blood work. There was no mention of an actual urine analysis, but I'm assuming they will also be testing my urine as well as my blood. There is also a physical that will be done next week. I'm currently trying to do the dilution method. I've been taking creatine for 2 days and drinking plenty of water to accustom myself to process (I heard drinking lots of water does nothing to rid the THC from your actual fat cells). The dilution method sounds effective, however, I'd hate to receive diluted results. I have a few concerns:

How long does THC typically stay in the blood?

Is it typical for a company to do blood work and also a urine analysis? If so, will they compare the blood with the urine to see if its from the same donator?

How effective is the dilution method if you maintain high creatinine levels and eat enough B complex vitamins to color your urine?

Finally, should I consider substitution even though there is a chance of a physical? (On the phone they told me I will not be seeing the doctor on the day I do my blood work).
