propogation

Can anyone tell me if canna start needs to be at quarter strength when using propogator or is it already diluted, so just follow guidance on bottle. Also do I need to remove lid on the aero propogater to let a bit of fresh air in and do I need to turn ceramic disc of from time to time. This is a first time grow and seeds have been in two days and I have put canna start in at about three quarter strenght. Please could someone talk me throught the process from start to transfere.
