What are my chances of passing this test?

Hello all, I am new here. I recently had to take a random UA for my job and am wondering what you all think. I live/work at a very remote Alaskan location, accessable by plane only. So needless to say we were all surprised when they announced we were going to have a random UA considering there was no pre-employment UA. All the guys I work with smoke daily, I am getting old and only smoke about 1-3 times a week. The day of the test we all did the Sure-gell thing (5 hours before test one box sure-gell mixed with 1 quart water, 4 hours before test drink 1 quart water, 3 hours before test drink 1 quart water, 2 hours before test another box of sure-gell mixed with 1 quart water, then drink a quart every hour untill test). We were all pissin realy clear except for one guy whos urine had a slight tint. The guy they flew out here to administer the test took our phone numbers. I didnt ask what the phone numbers were for. one of the guys I work with thought they said they would call only if we failed, another guy thought they said they would call with the results either way. The reason I am freaking out is because my buddy who had the slighty tinted urine got a call this morning from the lab saying he had tested positive for weed. My boss went to his boss about it and they fired him.

I quit smoking for the 4 days leading up to the test, and my urine sample looked like it came out of the faucet it was so clear. The paper work they had us sighn was from Paclab/PAML. What do you guys think my chances are?

Pectin products are an ancient internet myth. Its the copius amounts of water that is consumed with the pectin product that causes a urine sample to test negative. The pectin has nothing to do with it. These people wouldve passed anyway, just on the water consumption alone and without the nasty pectin to go with it.

UPDATE= We pissed Monday, we were told we would have the results within 3 days. Thursday was the third buisness day not counting the test day. My buddy with the slightly tinted piss got his call from the lab saying he failed Thursday morning before we started work , my other buddy had a message on his machine from the lab saying he needed to call for results Thursday afternoon. He was the only one of us to use "sythentic urine", a fact he didnt tell us untill Friday morning after he called the lab and they told him his piss was "Not consistent with human urine". Apperently he had always suspected we would get tested so he had the "synthetic urine" on hand(Not sure what brand or how old it was). He was also fired. The guy from the lab told him they test for synthetic and to let his friends know it dont work, they see about 50 cases a day of synthetic urine and they are all given an automatic fail. He said the botttle had a temp strip and that he made sure it was right at 98.

There is a total of 5 of us who were tested. I called my boss Friday night because the suspense was killing me, and was told that the other three of us had passed the test. I guess we just got lucky with the dillution. Alaska12
