Sign a Petition to Help Daniel Holmes Appeal His 10-Year Sentence for 1 Plant

Daniel Holmes is a normal UK guy living in Malta with his family.
He has no prior criminal history, but he's just been sentenced to spend 10 years plus pay the equivalent of 23,000 Euros in fines.

Daniel's crime was possessing a marijuana plant in his home. (The article reads "a marijuana plant" - I'm assuming one, but I don't know for sure.)

In a country that often sentences rapists & child molesters to probation or much shorter prison terms (2 to 4 years), a 10-year sentence is outrageous.

If you feel that Daniel deserves a chance to reduce his sentence to something more in line with his actual infraction (personally, I think this shouldn't even be a crime), sign the petition at this link - Daniel Holmes; Sentence to be appealed.
