trying to pass drug test au natural - faint line questions

Hi all!! So, I am getting ready to go back to work after having a baby (10 mos) ago. I am able to explain to the employer that I am not ready to start until June due to waiting until my baby is 1. I have been an everyday smoker for the last 20 years so I knew 30 days would not be enough. I also still have about 15 lbs of baby weight hanging around. I am 39 years old, 5'6 and about 165 lbs. I walk with my baby everyday in the hot Florida sun but I don't do vigorous cardio. I bought a 10 pack of tests on amazon and have been testing myself throughout the process to kinda gauge my progress. I quit on feb 20...so today is like day 57. I am still not clean. I tested yesterday and and last Friday and realized that I am starting to see a faint line. Its not nearly as dark as the control line but I am wondering if this actually means anything? The instructions say faint lines mean nothing. I am actually no longer having huge issue without smoking, I mean don't get me wrong... I Miss it very much but this job is fantastic and means way to much to me to risk a cleaner. I am highly highly paranoid that the tests nowadays can detect cleaners. Am I right or just paranoid? Since I had time, I figured I would just quit. I am mostly concerned with getting back to work ASAP and I must be able to pass at home first... Wondering if its taken anyone else of similar stats this long or (gasp) longer and if anyone thinks a faint line is at least a positive sign?? I have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice but
I really dont think either will help me detox naturally any faster... Any thoughts here??

There is no meaning attributed to the intensity of the line. A faint line is still a line. Even synthetic urine controls (which contain no drug metabolites at all) can produce a faint line on an assay. Its still a negative.

Drinking a bunch of water days or weeks leading up to the U/A is of no help. THC is fat-soluble and not water soluble. For more info, use the Forum Search button, with the terms "drinking water useless soluble".

just an update because nobody ever seems to come back and post outcomes. Day 71 and I am still positive as can be. I ran out of the first batch of 10 homes tests so i ordered more. These are a different brand and not even a faint line - just a big bright BOLD positive. I am hopeful 90 days will do the trick. I am not really that over weight (5'6, now 160 lbs...I guess no smoke - no appetite..woo hoo!! an upside)but I don't work out and I was an everyday smoker for 20 years. Geesh!! Good thing i have the luxury of time. So just an FYI, if you were a heavy longtime smoker, 30 days may not be enough...60 days may not be enough.. I'll post again at 90 and let you all know. Think NEGATIVE thoughts for me..haha

Your welcome! I wish more people would respond with their "stats" and how long it's taking them to get clean!! And after I posted that yesterday, I looked at the test again after about 30 min and I think I sud actually see a faint line. I've been saving them and dating them, maybe ill take a pic and post...see what you guys think. Maybe ill imagining it cause I want to see it so bad. Haha

ok, so here is a pic of this past weeks test results. Today's test appears to be a pass?? what do you guys think? pass?? I probably wont have to take the real test for 2 weeks so Im thinking maybe I'm good... opinions?

5/1 looks like a definite pass to me.

Wow, i think yours is the longest "time till clean" i've heard of. Thanks for your updates.

You're taking these tests the first piss of the day right?

These were probably more like 2nd or 3rd. I guess I'll start doing 1st next week. I certainly won't be taking the real rest 1st piss of the day but I understand.. That's the more accurate measure. I still have a few weeks before the real test. Ill bet it's literally the 90 day mark.. Which would be 5/19..so glad this is coming to an end soon..I'm in the homestretch :)

So, I took my labcorp test today- day 92..I think I'm good..I've passed 2 Walgreens tests but of course I'm paranoid. I'm trying to figure out if this was a 5 panel or 10 panel test. Only thing on the paper said #753315.0001. I tried to look that up but couldn't find anything. Anyone?
