Clarification on how to prep for dillution ahead of the actual dillution

Thank you for letting me onto what seems like an incredibbly well moderated forum! im sure you are already aware per the many thread on this board and others out there on the web that there is a lot of misinformation, IE certo method with the gelatin mix etc.

I'm going to be attempting to get a substitution but in the event of observation also want to be prepared for dilution should it be needed. The original thread of how to prep in the 4-12 hour range in advance of the test is very helpful and very clear! However in the attempt to also not over dilute to necessitate a second test what is the best way to go about it? Should excess water only be a part of this process in that 4-12 hour period or is drinking more water neither here nor there ahead of the 4-12 hours? Should fatty foods be avoided? Should heavily salted(sodium in general foods) be avoided?Is there any general guideline for how much additional cretaine should be consumed in the 72 hours ahead of the test? Any advantage to red meat over creatine supplements? Should b12 vitamins only be used in the 4-12 hour period, or is it good to start in the 72 hours ahead of time?

In advance a special thank you to the moderators(Burnt Toast, FBR, etc.) who have time and time again stepped in to make clear what the science of passing these tests is, you folks are, truly heroes to people who just want to live their normal happy lives and are beholden to this ridiculous privacy invasion.

posting again for anyone else who is interested the original dilution directions from N2, although I've seen Burnt Toast update to say aspirin need no longer be taken as it is not screened for

this info is for a 5'2 130lb female who has abstained for what will be 24 days come time for the test.

Step 1. 4-12 hours before the test take 4 aspirin (not Tylenol or Advil). This step may be repeated every 4-6 hours up until 4 hours before the test.
Step 2. 3-4 hours before your test, start by drinking 2, 8oz. glasses of water. Water can be substituted for with Cranberry or fruit juice, teas or even soft drinks. Then drink another 8oz. every 15 minutes for the next hour for a total of 6 glasses of water (48oz).
Step 3. In about 1 - 2 hours (depending on your system) you should be voiding â??clearâ?? urine about every 15 - 20 minutes. Continue to drink 3-4 oz. more water to replace what you've voided every 20-30 minutes.
Step 4. 1-2 hours before the test, take vitamin B2 or B complex (about 10 times the daily recommended dosage). If the vitamins are time release, crush them before taking. You may also take vitamin B with each glass of water, 2 times the daily dosage, if you find it easier.

ALSO!

Is there any benefit to taking Metamucil or other fiber supplements? I saw in regards to the certo/gelatin method that that was the only potential benefit of taking that but that the rest of that method is basically myth, and really just another form of the dilution method

Same thing for cranberry juice and other potentially detoxifying solutions

Would really appreciate any clarification i can get, ill try and go back through the forum to see if i can find it, but if anyone of the mods are able to take a look and either reply or mention the thread i should be checking for this particular information it would be greatly appreciated. My wife is freaking the F out about this test, especially as she came up positive on a home test this morning.

A little clarification on this is appreciated. Giving out helpful advice would be of no problem. All whats being asked in advance is to please keep the story consistent and real and refrain from posting in the third person.

The key to pulling off a successful dilution is to keep the urine Specific Gravity and Creatinine levels within satisfactory ranges (as determined by the DHHS on Specimen Validity Guidance).

How much creatine and S/G "loading" would require in order for the keep the levels satisfactory would depend on what the persons "baseline" creatinine and S/G levels were prior to dilution - and this varies from person to person - and that person is not going to know this either without testing his/her urines creatinine and S/G with a validity test kit.

Whenever any dilution techniques are utilized, you should always have some validity test kits at hand so you can keep tabs on the creatinine and S/G (handy for Dilution "practice drills" ). These kits are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

The "aspirin" step can be skipped, as outlined in the closing post of the Dilution sticky thread.



It must be understood that dilution techniques (regardless of config) are not a 100% sure thing. They can backfire if the THCA concentration in the body is too high. Particularly for longtime daily users, it would be virtually impossible to dilute that concentration enough without sending the S/G and creatinine levels into a nosedive and sending up the red flags at the lab.

understood that its not 100%, ill check into the drug adulteration test kits(and will also be trying to secure a substitution for her, but wont discuss it here since the post is really only asking about dilution), is creatinine levels only measurable through lab tests or is there somethign that can be ordered online/bought in a pharmacy? That's what my preliminary searches are showing(must be done in a lab)

Since its been now 21 days and will end up being either 24 or 25 days, is it worth considering niacin, Metamucil or cranberry juice at this point, or is the time for that past? What about salty foods or fatty foods? Should only very lean red meats be considered for raising cretainine levels naturally?
