Can Some One Give Me Some Advice to help my yield?

Hey Everyone,
I have a 400w Hps Lamp in A appr 4x2 Closet. I have Two Fans Running for air movement, One bringing in air from outside, As Well As Leaving a window Open.
My Question is,
I am In the middle of my second grow. My first grow i grew four plants In soil under the 400 using general hydro grow, And flower as well as a 0-50-30 bloom enhancer. In the end i didnt even harvest a half ounce of dried bud off of any of them.
Right now i am A few days short of two weeks into flower in my second grow with two pre 98 bubba clones. They are now At about 17" each. What should i expect and what can i do to improve my yield?

hey bud, theres lots you can do to increase yield, longer veg time, bigger pots, lst (low stress training)- bend them over tie them down, it shifts auxins into the lower branches, plants are always trying to grow, so the branches below step up, plus with this technique you open up the plant to light also increasing yield. super croping- gently half snap your stems and branchs, tape them back up for a few days, causes slow growth for a bit but when she recovers she will have a mean bulbous scar which will act as a nute feeder through flower, topping/fim method- cutting the main stem and the the two branches below will again step thus creating two main stems... most training is done during the veg stage as not to stress out the plants during flower, with most styles techs there is a recovery time.. maybe next time have a tinker and see what works best for you. considering your conditions i thinks lst is a good choice to start. good luck and enjoy your ride.. peace

I know There's probably not much i can do not that there in flower, But they were 14" when i got them, There Ten Days In bud and have only gained Three inchess in hieght.. What Should I expect as far as yield For Just two plants with This Setup.?

too many variables bud, i dont know how big your pots are, no experience with the strain( they might be only mid range plants? not all plants grow 6f plus and there cuttings from which i have no experience, iv heard peeps say that they yield just as much as mother ect but i struggle to see this, maybe next time grow from seed yourself as u can start training a week n half in, research high yielding strains, ladyburne1974 is my suggestion, attitude seedbank. maybe get some diff nutes in, senci seed advanced nutes it a two part fert, tried and tested and pluggin. u have between 55-70 avereage, (all bout the trichs) for most idicas, sativas longer again u carry at your rate thats another foot plus of growth and u only have 4 foot height, during the flower period the can double in size, u just wanna keep the space between nodes to a miniumal, if ur fans are man enough flip to a 600w hps.. this is what i forgot in the 1st post lol prob most important...more light more bud :)
