i tossed together a small bubble box to start some seeds while i build the 5 gallon set up. works awesome so far i guess. no soil variable makes it pretty easy to keep the ph under control.
have to see how that all changes once these get roots going. im diggin it for now.

so you started the seeds right in the sponges?
or did you germ them in paper first?
no i germed them in little bag of run off water from another plant. they all popped within about 30 hours. then made slits in the sponges. dont think ill use sponge next time tho. ive already decided to redo the box later.
