specific drug test question

He smoked a small bowl (.2g-.3g) of mid grade brick on the 1st it is now the 6th and passed a home drug test from walgreens (took it at 4pm) he stays well hydrated and he is very active and does not have very much body fat hard work all day as concrete finisher, then does a 30 min hardcore cardiovascular training every night, and roughly 100 perfect pushups 15 min of core workouts and 100 mid weight curls every other night. He is 5'6'' and 150 lbs and 22 years of age. And he has a lab drug test on the 10th and he is worried about a fail what is your general consensus. thank you for any usable information
