need some reassurance

Hey there, been lurking for a while, and still had a question. I'm pretty sure I'm going to pass my hair test, but it's really important to me, so I'm looking for some validation. I was a very heavy smoker after i got out of the military, about 1/4 a week most weeks. I was in the process of getting my A+P license, so i started slowing down the smoking last march, to under a gram a day. About may 15th i quit totally. Passed a home ua 30 days later, x2, got a job offer a couple weeks later, passed the ua again. Got laid off in January, got a job with an oil company, and got a job at home depot, passed their uaua also. I'm fairly overweight, 6ft, 300 lbs, short hair (I've shaved it roughly five times to the scalp since July '12) my issue is, the oil company wants a hair test, and i am a little worried that my body fat will betray me if i start herring in shape for this new job. ie, if i start working out, will any thc metabolites in my fatty tissue be deposited in my hair? , add of right now, i should be clean in my line of thinking. Its been almost a year.


Tl;dr, 6ft, 300lbs, april will be 10.75 months clean, am i good for the hair test in your opinion, scientific facts would be Better.
