Depends on what you are looking for. Dutch Pimp does a complete grow in a 16 oz. solo cup.

If you WISH to transplant - it is safe to do while flowering, just don't shake her too much

Hmm, you could just stack it.
Half fill a container with fresh soil and nest that girl into it.
If she's wanting more root room, she'll jump on it.
