Has Marc Emery redeemed himself?

After all the name discloseurs and accusations about his company do you the Narc Emery has elivated back to Marc Emery? Do you still think he's just a businessman or is actually into helping marijuana?

i know who he is and have enjoyed pot -tv for a few yrs now but havnt heard of any discloseurs and accusations about his co. [ couldnt be rumors started by a overzelous narc could they ?} please elaborate
