pipe high vs iolite wispr high

I've smoked from a wispr a couple times before and I really enjoyed how discreet it is. Still, when I smoke out of my bowl depending on sativa vs indica I look forward to the predictable result - an elevated mood, perhaps a bit more creativity, and a bunch of coughing.

With the wispr, I don't get the elevated mood or creativity high, with the same weed I just get this light headed type of high and my eyes get super dry and I feel like its bedtime.

I'd love to learn that I just wasn't doing something right with the iolite, so if you have advice please tell me!

Based on this page => vaporpedia.com/wiki/Vaporizing_Effects_by_Temperature Why would anyone set the iolite to 190' when it looks like the good stuff is at 160 and 220.

I had an Iolite handheld for a while. Took more than a handful of uses to start getting good hits (have to let it warm up more than your patience allows).. even then I noticed a difference. Could have been mental, like growhand said, placebo is very strong. Anyway, I stopped using the Iolite for one main reason, it was butane powered. I probably would use an electric one from time to time, but for now, pipes and bongs. :)
