I'm interested in smoking and recording my results and pass times.

Due to the interest I have in smoking and it's state of mind altering effect, I've decided to abstain from smoking weed for another month or so to make sure I'm clean and the run a "test" on myself.

I will smoke, and proceed to record the days I take to become clean to get an idea of how long it takes my body to rid of a bowl or whatever amount I smoke. Then post my results for informational purposes.


I will record the Marijuana type, name and potency. My activity level, food consumed, drinks consumed, how many times I piss, take a shit, the times for everything, I work out so I'll write that as well... and see what I end up with. I'll document maybe twice or three times depending on my budget.

What other things should I record?
