Say it ain't so, is this a hermie? Please advise

I'm afraid that this plant has gone hermaphrodite. It's in it's 3rd week of flowering and up until 4 or 5 days ago I thought it was a happy female. Since then it has had some things pop up and I'm not sure what they are. They almost look like seeds forming where a stem (with a flower at the end) meets the bigger stem. Hopefully you will be able to see what I mean in my pictures. I popped a couple of the suckers off as shown in the first pic. I've looked at several other threads here and cannot find anything that looks like this one. If someone could identify what is going on here it would be a great help. BTW it would not at all surprise me if this is a hermie as there have been quite a few mistakes/shortcomings with this first indoor grow. This plant spent it's early vegetative state under 16(on)/8 light, was switched to 24 hr light for rest of veg until going to 12/12 two weeks ago. From what I understand, this and poor light in general can cause stress. It's been replanted at least 3 times. It's also had bumpy/strange textured leaves ever since the beginning. Hope this info helps.

Here are some of the room stats:

- exclusively fluorescent lighting. -6 4' tubes overhead of varying wattages and spectrums and 7 cfl lights around the sides (4 4100K's and 3 2700K's)
- closet with no air flow. The door is opened for a while every day but that's it.
- temps have been around 73-75 and humidity around 45-55
- standard miracle grow during veg (chem burned once) and 10-50-10 bloom something-or-other once so far during flowering

thats a male cozyin up to the female bud on the other side of the node alright.

weird light cycle is probably the major factor.

Sorry to tell ya, but looks like you do have the makings of a boy-band there.
Picking them off won't help

What to do?

Well, you could isolate her/him, let it finish, remove the seeds and enjoy.
Seeded weed can be remarkably potent.

Might not want to save the seed though.
If the herming wasn't stress induced, it might indicate that that strain has "tendencies". :)

I have read that "Reverse" can reverse this sort of thing, but it looks more than slightly hermied so I wouldn't bet on it.

Thanks to Mal420 and Weez for the confirmation. I think it's end game for one. I'll chalk it up to experience and definitely be more conscious of my light cycles next time. I'll still have 2 out of 3 plants going, a sativa and an indica. The sativa seems to want to take up the whole room anyway so this'll give her a little more room. Damn those things are big!

I wish but that's not gonna happen. I'm going to chop it down right now. I know the bud's immature and far from it's potential but I'll probably save what I can and smoke it down. I bet it's tough for anybody to trash a plant but one with buds from my first grow . . . . I won't do it! Thanks again all.
