Ri patient looking for CT & RI patients and caregivers

I am a 4yr RI MMJ patient and caregiver with openings.And now CT has a MMJ policy.
How and where do these 2 type of people meet ?
Last i knew RI has RIPAC meetings. Not sure if they are charging for that introduction 200$. Someone told me.is that for real?

So how about CT. What do they have ???.
My understanding is that pharmacies like CVS and RITEAID will be purchasing their MMJ from big companies who are the only ones allowed to cultivate.Patients cant even grow their own to save money.What kind of bullshit is that.
Im glad for ct MMJ policy as horrible of a deal as it may be.

RI still currently has no dispenseries so I wonder how long before ct will see any MMJ in their local drug store? any guess's?
