My U/A Experience using Dilution, Not a permanant soultion.

Hi guys,

I am new to the forums and am pleased to have read some very interesting and resourceful threads on here that have helped me understand how to go about using the dilution method for an upcoming U/A screen for a new job.

I shall be posting updates on my progress on the build up to, and including my U/A.

I was a regular smoker for over 10 years, and have cut down a lot lately, usually smoking around 0.5g - 1g of high THC content Cheese, AK or Lemon strains daily. I recently got some home testing kits from ukdrugtesting.co.uk, the kit I chose was the Access Diagnostics Home Cannabis Test Cassette Kit. I had abstained for around 14 days before trying my first home U/A and was supprised to find that without dilution on my third void of the day I had what I would call a "Borderline" pass (The test line was VERY faint but visible). However my metabolism is very wierd and I regularly excersice which can make your metabolite levels much higher I believe (This is what I have read please inform me if this is not the case)

My U/A is due on Tuesday the 15th January and I am currently in the process of conducting a test run of how I will use the dilution method, however I am not loading on creatine or red meat for this test run as this is not neccesary or measurable for the kit I have. I am however using vitamin B complex to test for colour and shall be taking the it with the water as I struggle to down tablets. On the day I will be substituting water for an isotonic sports drink such as powerade. Today I have done as follows.

• 250ml (Roughly 8oz) water every 15 minutes for 2 hours,
• Took 2 Vitamin B complex tablets for each of the 2 hours that I have been drinking water
• Voided 3 times each time consuming an additional 175ml (Roughly 4oz) of water and 3 Vitamin B complex tab

In total I have taken 11 B complex which is just over 10 times the RDA according to the bottle, and accorting to N2's dilution thread is the suggested amount.

I am taking my kit out with me as my friend and I are going to the pub for a good old sunday roast. I will update my results from todays trial when I return home later today.

I ended up having one too many last night so I'm posting my results today!

My test has improved (the line was darker and thicker) and I am very impressed with the results of vitamin b complex the colour is perfect. I ate a mixed grill last night and I'm gonna eat plenty of red meats today :D

Going to do one more home test later today to see how things are going.

Going to the shops to get a 4 pack of powerade ready for my test tomorrow morning!
