im so scared guys

Hi everyone..
I used to smoke daily for 5 years. I used to smoke a lot more a couple of years ago (an ounce every 2 weeks) and more recently it was a 50 every couple of days. I have been clean for 8 days now and I will have a drug test in just under 5 months... I am so scared that i won't test clean by then. I will NOT be smoking anything at all!!
i am a female, 5'6 and 137lbs. I exercise regularly (from hot yoga to cardio to weights to cross fit to dance).. I would appreciate any advice you guys could give me.
It will be a preemployment physical and drug test. thank you so much. I am just so scared that i wont test clean by then...:(

under five months? First you need to relax.. With your weight and regular exercise it should be out of your system in 60 days or less.. Keep up what your doing and don't puff the magic dragon and you'll be fine...

If your going to have you test in 60 days or less look into substituting a clean urine or quick fix synthetic urine.

definitely not in the next 60 days.. i plan on testing myself around the 1st of every month until i test clean...

thank you so mcuh... everyone here really seems to have more experience and i needed some reassurance bc ive just been so worried..thank you!! ill keep it updated with when i finally test clean :)
