dilution: intelligent feedback appreciated :)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of a difference between using creatine ethyl ester and creatine monohydrate when loading for dilution. The link in the sticky had good information, especially because you need to take more than recommended since the recommended dose won't raise levels in urine, but it only talked about CM.

I found this article about CEE and CM raising traces in urine and blood http://www.njmonline.nl/getpdf.php?id=10000685 . I would like to know what you guys think. My test is for the military, does anyone happen to know if MEPS tests for creatinine/creatine or w/e in the blood? I only want my urine levels elevated, I don't want them to think my kidneys aren't working by elevating the levels in my blood.

I'm female, 5'11", 160lbs, a rugby player, and I smoked fuego almost all day everyday for many years. I've been doing obscene ammounts of cardio b/c getting rid of fat is the only thing I know that will help at all. The test is 1/17/2013 and I'll be pot-free for 27 days by then. I'm hoping to be peeing clean by the test but if not I want to do my best to dilute.

Thanks for thinking about this with me, I need to hear form smart people. My friends are telling me to chug certo and do shots of vinegar... no thanks!

A civilian friend of mine was tested by the military (AirForce) due to a job they had for 8 years at a military facility. This person was clean for almost 2 months, and drank the drink. They got fired for testing positive. I know she was free from pot at this time; So, I have to assume that the military found the minerals from the drink, and fired her for that. To this day, I believe that had they foregone the drink...They would have been found clean.

Like I told them from the start; If you work on a military facility; You better be clean. Partaking of illicit substances while in the military or working on a military installations is well............Not smart!

Good Luck, but prepare for the worse. Sorry. BTW. The results did not come bacl for the better part of the year; So my friends thought they were OK, But, One morning they got a call into the commanders office. Peace

Don't use creatine ethyl ester, its less soluble in the body studies have shown. Just use creatine monohydrate, that's all we recommend for dilution.

3 days before your scheduled U/A, take a home THC test to see where you stand. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day when THCA concentrations would be at their highest. If you test negative with the first urination of the day, youre good to go.

If you test positive, then stop all fat-burning activities and be as dormant as possible until after the scheduled U/A. Anytime you burn fat cells, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and end up in the bladder. By being dormant for those 3 days, you wont be releasing a bunch of THC metabolites into the bloodstream, which would end up in the urine to be detected.

Begin your creatine-loading 3 days before the U/A to allow adequate time for the body to convert creatine into creatinine. Creatinine (along with Specific Gravity) in the urine is what is being tested for by the labs to determine an overly diluted urine sample. Urine samples with too low S/G and creatinine levels are ruled "diluted". So when doing dilution techniques, dont forget to address the S/G.

Validity test kits (which contain panels for creatinine and S/G) should be used to check your efforts when doing any dilution techniques. These kits are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

@Burnt Toast, gracias! My plan was to stop working out a week before and start the creatine like 5 days before for the reasons you stated. You think 3 is what I should do? The adulteration kits are a clutch suggestion! I didn't know you could get them. Just ordered a case!
