Military drug testing, please help me?

Here's what's going on: I'm joining the air force. My recruiter said meps (physical, includes drug test) would most likely be in a month, but he scheduled it for next week. I stayed clean for five and a half months, but a week or two ago I was with some friends and smoked three hits, and saturday I had two. I just got the call about meps and there isn't a way to change the date. Is there anything I can do to piss clean? I'm worried that they'll check for any detox products or dillution. I've got about 25 extra pounds on my body and the military uses gc/ms testing if it matters... I'm worried to the point that i'm sick, I heard that if I test positive I get disqualified from ever joining again. I already had to get a waiver for something else stupid that I did... This is my career and I don't want to disappoint my family... Please help me.

I cant help you i am afraid. All i can say is you really need to stop smoking.

Buy a take home test.. don't worry if its negative...

Read the sticky threads on this site about dilution. May be your only option if they watch u pee.
