soapy water use a spray bottle
Good suggestion, I have found a couple drops of dish soap in a spray bottle of water takes care of gnats easily. Just spray the plants AND the top of the soil with it when you turn the lights off. Cheap, easy and effective.

the most dangerous is not when their flying around,,,,,,theyre deep into the soil where it is moist..the larva...they do the most damage...
gnatrol is very gppd...flush and flush and they die....yellow strips catch them
but your main thing is to get them while theyre larvas......bastards////
remember when you over water your plants, its a gnats favorite..
Is gnatrol legal still in usa?.//i remember geting it in a unmark bottle...expensive too.....but good...
