Beware! Very light smoker, one month, FAILED
Just thought id let people know the one month does not work for everyone. me personaly im 20, average metabolism, pretty active. Took a pre employment urine test recently at labcorp. Had taken two home tests in the previous weeks, passed with flying colors. I hit a blunt about 4 times October 23 (last day) exactly a month before my test. got called for an interview at a job I knew id be tested and detoxed my ass off. Water,fasting, niacin,cranberry juice and exercise. Naturally on my test day used my own urine midstream under the assumption I was clean. Since May of this year I possibly smoked a half a gram a week..no smoking prior to May. Got a call today from mro for positive: 26 ng/ml. Twenty fuckin six. So beware of the natural way. Wish i had subbed or diluted but guess it wasn't meant to be.

Just goes to show whats been stated in the DT forum all along:
a) Niacin and cranberry juice does nothing to rid the body of THC.
b) Drinking a bunch of water days or weeks before the U/A is of no help. Drinking water is only helpful on the day of the U/A.
Chalk it up for experience. It you wish to keep using and are facing employment-related U/A's, subbing is the way to go.

I find it odd that at 26 your test went to confirmation. Was there something you did that would raise suspicion? How long did it take for mro to call you? Sorry you failed, but when one door closes...!

Just failed my own little test. First failed test in 10 years and 5 different pre-emp u/as. Given, Im a heavy smoker nowadays with a little lady baby storage cells [fat cells] and only had 8 days notice... Drank a GALLON of water and poweraid 3 hours before did all the dilution tricks and FAILED. Wish I had asked for the levels as you got, so you can have an idea of where you are in the "ridding" process... Lost a 10k raise and had already quit my previous position :/ Now facing looking for a new job with this now recurring problem.
Come to the conclusion that since its going to take forever to get out of me, and I dont WANT to stop smoking anyhow, I'll follow the lesson above: SUB.
