enuff time to pass or time for a back up plan?

as the name suggests, i am a garbage man. heres my situation-- i currently work for a garbage company that dont really care if i smoke, just as long as i dont come to work stoned. i found out yesterday(Nov17) that my boss is selling out to a larger company that is UA's all the way. for me, passing the upcoming UA is literally the difference between a good job and living under a bridge. I got roughly 2-3 weeks to piss clean. i've seen many many threads of people asking about their personal detox time, but there are way too many variables to consider that they never mention. well, here are some of my variables.... im 29 yrs old, 5'10", 130 lbs, body fat around 9%, metabolism rate of 73%(according to my doctor), some muscle tone. i average about a bowl a day, everyday for the past 18 months. the weed itself is nothing spectacular. 1 bowl gives me a "relaxing" buzz for 60-90 minutes. my job requires ALOT of physical activity. we dont have 1 of those fancy trucks that loads the trash for you, i load it all by hand. 200-250 times a day i sling trash cans weighing between 50-80 lbs each adding up to an average 5 tons of garbage a day,4 days a week for almost 2 yrs. not to mention jumping on/off the truck, running to the stop, dragging the cans to the truck.... like i said, ALOT of physical activity. i also have a pretty intense anxiety issue, which is my reason for smoking in the 1st place. i heard that stress and anxiety can increase metabolism, but i just dont know. that being said; my question is 2-3 weeks enuff time for me to piss clean or do i need a sub on stand by??? any input is GREATLY appreciated!
