Bad night :(

well it all started with my sister being a bitch, like she always is,(shes 19, im 16) she was bitching at me and her bf and then i just got to a point where i was absolutly sick of hearing her shit. so i told her to shut the fuck up. then she hit me in the right eye so i got out of my seat said game over and hit her and walked away. the cops came took my sitation while she went to the emergency room, today i found out she lied to the cops saying i hit her 1st and she didnt touch me and i hit her more than one time. also i broke her nose in 2 places and broke her cheek bone...so im getting arrested and so is she sometime in a couple weeks and we have to go to court. is this fucked up or what? dont get me wrong, in any other given situation i would never hit a girl. then i get home and my favorite bowl is mysteriously gone. wtf. how can i possibly face my sister again after this? she told my father she was pressing charges, which isnt up to her anyways. anything like this ever happened to you?

nope, nothing like this has ever happened to me. you say you only hit her once, yet you broke her nose in 2 places and broke her cheek bone???? im not saying your lying, but think how that sounds......

i kno it sounds bad, but i hit her from the side and it was just 1 nuckle that caught her nose

I personally would never hit a woman even if she did hit me. Another note. what do you mean she has no right to press charges. She has every right to press charges you broke her face is several places. You should be more pissed at yourself than anything

hmm i say you sit both your sister an pappy down and talk it out. she is family for fucks sake, so pressing charges would be a bit extreme. thats about the best i can come up with.

no, you dont understand. she cant press charges she hit me 1st, you think im proud of this?i feel bad about it but she is out of control , she has beaten the shit out my mom before and my mom didnt do anything about it, im talking broken jaw, fractured ribs, ect. my father, my sister bf, and my mom agree she had it comming and now she will finally get the angermanagement class's she needs very desperatly even if i have to suffer the consequences also it will better benefit her and our family if you get my drift. game over was just the humourous part of the whole situation.

hell no she even beat up your mom? that shit isn't right. if that's the kind of person she is then it was only a matter of time before somebody snapped back on her ass

yea seriously my whole family is afraid for my mothers and my sisters boyfriends lives because she and her bf just bought an apartment together and we all beleive she is very capable of picking a knife up and killing someone if she see's it because she has chased me around the house with a knife/staple gun/various objects before. she has no temper control...shes even taken a crack or 2 at my father. he was smarter than me to not hit back because he prolly would have killed her.

Well you can just talk about her violent past when you're in court.
