Urinalysis Test Weight Factor - Female
Hi, sorry to post a question that's so commonly asked, trust me I've been doing my research about detection times, but I can't figure out how weight factors into it, is it really 30+ days for overweight people even if you're an infrequent user? This job means EVERYTHING to me, so your help would be really appreciated.
I'm 5ft7, 185lb, female. By the earliest I could be tested I will be ten days clean. I've been exercising up to an hour and a half every day on the cross trainer (all I have time for), drinking lots of water and cranberry juice (it couldn't hurt, surely), eating very healthily, and FREAKING OUT...So until ten days ago, I was clean for a month (one joint only), and before that, about four months. Ten days ago, I was drunk and took max five drags of a joint. I passed a first check marijuana check, but I don't think that would have worked in a lab as I'd drank a crazy amount of water......so as a technically first time user, will I be okay in the ten days?? I really don't want to go down the substitution road....thank you!

Theres no telling if you'll be okay in ten days. Cleanout timetables should never be relied upon because they are almost always off the mark. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit can give you that answer.
Anytime you test yourself, always use the first urination of the day when THCA concentrations would be at their highest. By doing it this way, youre testing yourself under the "worst-case scenario". If youre consistently testing negative under that "worst-case scenario", then consider yourself good to go.
If you test positive, then you should consider subbing (synthetic or clean persons sample) for the scheduled U/A - especially since youve expressed that securing this job means everything to you.
