Accident with my filter falling on my plants......please help

:( I just finished the complete set up in my tent which leads me to a conclusion......don't put your plants in your indoor grow space/tent until its completely set up. I just got a carbon filter and it attached on to the fan to vent it out as ehaust, which was mounted on a very small Tv tray. One night I checked on it and the tray had fallen over and it completely burned a few of my leaves. I raised it up a little yesterday. My plants are looking really healthy except quite a few brown/marks or yellow on some. Id appreciate a hand. Thanks. If any further info is needed I can send info. and pics.
