Question regarding a urine test being done simultaneously with blood work testing

I have to do a complete physical for a job, and they have me doing a urine drug test the same day as their doing blood work (urinalysis, creatinine, electrolytes, lipid profile, glucose, hepatitis, urea etc). They've told me that I'm to fast for ten-twelve hours before the exam. I haven't smoked for two and a half weeks but failed an at home drug test. (I'm 5'9 170 pounds and only concerned with thc levels, the test is this week but I can defer it for another if need be) I bought the Strip NC drink (946 ml), and I'm just wondering how, and if I take it, it will effect the blood work results. Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm assuming it will effect the blood results. What are my options if any? and any suggestions/ information is greatly appreciated thanks!

Dump that magic detox potion. All detox products are a big scam to separate the credulous from their cash. When they do work at all, its because they dilute the THCA concentration that is present in your bladder. You can spend up to $200 on a magic potion and accomplish nothing different that what could be accomplished using water and vitamin B2.

As with any other dilution technique, detox potions can backfire if the THCA concentration in the bladder is too high. For most longtime daily users, it would be virtually impossible to dilute that concentration enough without sending the creatinine and S/G into a downward spiral and sending up the red flags at the lab.
