STRESSED ABOUT STRESSING

So in the past day or two i have noticed what I've learned to be nanners. I've read everything i could so far on them and am scared as hell. I think i began this problem with to much stress on the plant as i recently had to use hst and lst. I have been carefully getting rid of the pollen sack but saw a couple had opened. IM expecting a few seeds now but will there still be a decent yield of good bud? By stripping of the sacks does it stress it out more?s start a neverending cycle? Thanks to anyone who can calm my nerves or at least tell me bluntly(pun intended)

Is it a Female -> HERMIE? Or is it a MALE?

If female that hermied, than keep watching those nanners and you might be able to pull a half dcent yield. If it's a male, then you got yourself a nanner plant, not much to smoke there bud (pun intended ;)..)
