CFL lighting, 2700k and 5500k at the same time?

Hey guys,

I've been reading around the boards that you should have roughly 100w per plant to access the plants full potential.
And I also know from reading around that you need 2 types of lights 2700k for flowering and 5500k for vegetative.

The plants I'm growing are auto plants. So I'm thinking of having 2 lights (which i will buy soon) 1 x 5500k, 150w and 1, 2700k 100w? If I keep them both on, would this be enough for 2 auto plants in a box that is 30" wide and 32" in height?
