Pre-Employment Drug Test with Physical
I smoke a few times a week. I'm 6'2", 250 lbs so there is plenty of fat cells to carry THC for a while.
I have a urine test with a physical scheduled for tomorrow for a new job in IT. I was only expecting a urine test, and I was going to substitute. I had planned on showing up right when the facility opened, dressed in a suit with a bottle tucked and ready to sub. Now that there will be a physical, I'm freaking out about where to hide the bottle.
* Does the physical include a hernia check, and can I decline that particular test? My job is 100% a desk job.
* Would I need to be in a gown for the physical, or just drop my pants?
* Which comes first, the physical or the urine test? Can I tell them I have to pee bad and do the urine test first?
* This lab opens at 7am. If I get there at 7, is there any chance that doctors won't be there yet?
I started creatine last night and I've been trying to dilute. I took a home test before I started, and I tested positive.
* With my body size, do I even have time to dilute?
* I read that for dilution I need to take aspirin (Bayer) and Rolaids. I also read that aspirin and Rolaids can cause false positives for THC. Why do I take them for dilution if they can cause false positives?
* If I try to over-dilute with tons of water, in hopes of scoring a negative-diluted result on the urine test, is it possible they would call me back the next day for another urine test. If they called me back, I could substitute the second time around, right?
Tonight I pick up the paperwork for the test, so hopefully that will have some clues. I'm scared about getting caught trying to substitute, and not having enough time to dilute. Please tell me someone else here has been through this. Let me know how (if) you survived, and I'll be sure to post my results when this is done.

With your test tomorrow, its too late for you to make the necessary preps in order to pull off a successful dilute. Any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days prior to the scheduled U/A to allow adequate time for the body to convert the creatine into creatinine.

Aspirin is outdated tech. Read the closing post in the Dilution "sticky" thread to find out why.

How an employer will handle a "negative/diluted" result depends on the employer. For pre-employment situations, some employers will grant a retest while others would accept the result as a "hunky-dory" , while theres still others that will just simply move on to the next applicant for hire.

So, you think I should still try to sub? I was thinking I would get there first thing (hopefully before a doctor is there to even do a physical), and tell them I really need to pee.
I've been drinking tons of water. Just today, I've had about 4 or 5 16.9oz bottles of water, and 3 B-Complex vitamins (which turned my pee a yellow-greenish neon color, not yellow). If I am able to pass an AT HOME test tomorrow morning, with my first pee of the day, is that a good indicator that I will pass the lab test? I had 1 serving of creatine supplement last night, one this morning, and I was going to have 2 more this evening with a steak dinner.
Here is where my head is right now...
* If I try to sub, I have to get them to do the urine test first. If they do the physical first, they may send me to test while wearing a gown from the physical.
* If I try to sub and they insist on the physical first, I'm screwed because they will find the bottle. I can't keep it in my pocket because I may not get to put my clothes back on for the urine test.
I really have no idea which path has the least risk, and I have to take the test tomorrow.

Thanks for pointing that out. Are Rolaids still a good idea?
