Need more info. Inside or outside? If outside where are you located? If inside what lights and have you put them on a timer?
They are outside and I'm in Fresno Calif.
Cannabis needs 12 hours of UNINTERRUPTED darkness in order to bud. Being in Cali.. im not even sure if the fall sun will get that low... I know a guy who has a few outdoor plants about the same age and they are showing buds nicely right now.. but he lives quite a bit further north in Canada. You may need to just wait a bit longer, check the daylight hours for your area throughout the year.. There should be a table on a weather website somewhere... if you never get more than 12 hours of darkness.. they may not flower outside! My guess though.. is you just need to wait a little longer.. being so close to the equator.. you may not see buds for another month or so.. December 25th is when the days start getting longer again.. so if there is still no show on the buds by then.. you may need to move them indoors and control the light cycle yourself ;) Also.. make sure they are not sitting in an area that has lots of street lights, or commercial signs ect.. they should be in as dark a place as possible at night! If your not worried about the "heat" factor should someone discover your plants.. you can also use a make shift tent to cover the plants at night.. but you would have to be out there every day and night to cover and uncover them every 12 hours! hope this helps :)
