First timer started outdoor but moved indoor

I just recently started growing. Started with random bagseed just thrown in my outdoor garden. 3 plants eventually came too but they all look very skinny and puny. I think this is because of the lack of light they were getting in the flower garden. I have recently transferred them indoor under 2 t10 and 2 cfl 130w. They have already started to flower but the stems and plants themselves are very skinny. I took a few pictures for you guys to check out. I guess my ultimate question is, will these plants still produce decent smoke or can I send them back into veg and let them get a little healthier.[attachment=o286283][attachment=o286284][attachment=o286285]. Also, I have been using fox farm big bloom on a weekly basis too. Thank guys
