What goes well with LSTing a plant
Right... LST seems to be a fairly recent development according to all the forums on the net. What I want to know IS... If one were to LST, low stress train, one's plant what other techniques would go well with it?
ie. FIM? Topping?
Considering that LST is, as it is named, low stress, sure we could do a gentle regime of topping the dominant side branches?
OR
Topping the main stem once it has reached the 360 degree mark around the pot?
LST is a fairly simple method. Sure it would be wise to incorporate some other methods aswell.
Happy thoughts all!!

I do 'em all. Usually Super crop low and outside branches and then top/FIM the centre ones.
It all ends up meeting at the top if you support the weak looking lower branches with twine or whatever.

Do you have any pictures? and how long does it take for such a plant to recover and grow nicely?
I would like to harvest quickly with maximum yield in the alotted time frame(about 4 months total(2 - vegetative / 2 = flowering)
and do you leave the main growth tip to grow as usual? or supercrop/fim that too?

FIM/Top any top you want.
Once you see for yourself how it grows after you try this stuff, you'll get a better idea for next time
