HELP! I ACCIDENTALLY GREW WEED!

OK here's the story:
About a month ago i bought a store brand seed pack of flowers that came with a small metal pot. I decided on a whim to throw in a pot seed in with it and wouldn't you know it took off. I recently moved it into its own pot and put it under 2 cfl lights at 3-4 inches 26watt and bought some food (Eleanor's vf11) and gave just minimal amounts diluted. My question is should i change out the crappy drug store soil? Also i had it in sunlight in the beginning and it seems to have "stretch" as the leaves are about 4in apart at the bottom but seem to be growing closer now that its under cfl. Will the change in light source hurt utterly? Any and all help will be appreciated. The plant is about 1 foot tall and only has. 5 sets of leave should i just give up? Thank you

Also a notes its on a 18/6 light cycle

Maybe think about upgrading soil if you plan on transplanting it into a bigger pot, but if the plant is doing well, let 'er go.

Read every thing you can about it...
Get a couple more CFLs and GO for it!.....:cool:

Just thought I'd give alittle update-
Plant is now about 3 feet tall and has been in flower for 13 days (big thanks to this board for allowing me to prepare for this) it is a female and has slot of hairs and pea size buds. My box is four feet tall but i can add another foot if i have to. Just some bagseed unknown strain and cfl's with zero ventilation at night (no other option but its working) Can anyone tell me if low stress training is OK during flowering or is it better to just expand the box? Also there are no buds or hairs forming at the bottom even with ample side lighting. Do low buds form later or should i "lollypop" now? Is it too late to lollypop? Thanks all i wish i could share the spoils.with this board

There are so many threads here on lst and and I would read them. Decide, which works for you and go for it. With that kind of Accidental Green Thumb, will be nice to see more toes go upward in the grow!

Have you read any grow logs, that end with the same result you desire..follow it. And keep up the thread.

Oh and with that kind of luck, you may need to support the heavy nuggets you are going to grow! :rasta:pr

Low Stress training can be difficult to start that far into bud because the stems are usually too thick and strong to bend easily.. You may want to try a bit of LST and HST at the same time.. Tie your plants down as best you can.. if you have multiple large stems you will want to try and pull them away from the middle to allow more light penetration. Just make sure you have some duct tape handy incase you break a stem! Duct tape will save your plant if you tape up the break fast enough.. just a little tip ;) Once you have them tied down as far as you can go without breaking them.. find a space between nodes (If you have some stretched sections of stem.. those are good spots) Pinch fairly hard.. till you feel the the plant matter inside the stem squish a little bit.. then bend the stem at a right angle right where you weakend it.. This often results in damage to the skin of the plant.. so you may want to duct tape the bend afterwords as well... All this does is causes your plants to bush out.. instead of up.. Look up "supercropping" on youtube.. This is essentially HST.. You may need to bend the same branch in multiple places to keep them short enough... But after about 3 weeks in bud they will stop growing up.. and the major bud production starts! Good luck!

OK I'm three weeks since i changed to flower. I have many numerous budsites but fairly small buds. Its been two weeks since pistils began showing up but the buds are the size of dimes at best. I know people will say grow cheap get cheap but for me its grow cheap or don't grow. Is there anything i can do to increase my yield? The nutes I've been giving it are .15,.85,.55 i tried a very little bit of miracle grow bloom boost but stopped after one 1/5 solution after it burned. Seriously it was like 20 little crystals. I have a video if anyone would be so kind as to search andy858544 on YouTube. IM sorry if IM not supposed to mention other websites but any comments or advice would bee so great. Thanks to all on this board I'd have a pile of dirt without this place. It has 2 42 w cfl=150 w and 5 24 w = 100 w. 2700+2700+1750+1750+1750+1750+1750=14150 lumens
