Prep help test in a few weeks

As the title states I have a hair test, most likely we aren't at that stage yet for the new job but its a definite that I will be offered a position and most likely a hair test. In the very least a urine test. I haven't smoked in a week but I was a daily user over the last year, couple of tokes a couple times a day. I have atleast a few weeks prep time maybe a month the most. Should I just keep doing the macujo method up to test time? I'm 5'10" 230lbs short black hair if it matters. Dyeing it is out as it would be a flag since I know some people there and the timing would seem suspect. Thanks for any help...
