Leaves @ The Top Of My Plant Are Wilting On My Newly Flowering Girl
My plant's leaves are wilting just on top where it's flowering. I've been flowering for two weeks, no issues until now. Nothing has changed. Below is a list of needed information. I can post a picture soon.
Indoor grow
Soilless Medium
FoxFarm soiless Mix
Water is from tap, sat out for 24-30 hours. White distilled vinegar added to bring down Ph. I water every 4-5 days.
Ph is between 6.5-6.8
Plant is 8 weeks old, has been flowering for 2 weeks.
Strain is Sour Diesel.
Nutrients are laid on top of growing medium before watering. Nutrients are: Vital Earth's Guano Mix, Mega Worm Earthworm Castings and Powered Glacial Rock.
Plant has only received Powered Glacial Rock after leaves had already started wilting. No nutrients giving since flowering other than Glacial Rock added once. I do not have the other nutrients needed for flowering. I know that it's not the nutes because my Pineapple Express right beside it is fine. The Pineapple Express started flowering with the Sour Diesel on the same day.
Light source is a 68 watt, twisty CFL placed 2 inches from plant.
Air temp is between 75-85 degrees. Has been since seed.
Humidity runs between 45-75%
Lighting schedule is 12/12.
Ventilation is an open window with a fan.
Thanx in advance.

Looks like overwater.
Each plant is different. What is good for 1 strain isnt always the best for another. " I know that it's not the nutes because my Pineapple Express right beside it is fine" isnt true.
Hope this helps.

This Plant is a member of a project that I put together 8 weeks ago call: Project Lumens. The idea that I had (I'm sure I'm not the only one) is to see, what... if any, buds can be grown with low grade CFL lighting and occasional sunlight. I also am not giving it an adequate amount of nutrients. I want to find out if anyone can grow good bud on a very low budget. This has been fun for me so far.
The bad news is that I may have stressed the Sour Diesel to much. Last night, I found a few pollen sacks on it. He/She hermed on me. So, I'm going to be very careful from here on out.
Thanx for the advice. You are right, I think I did over watered it. I was wondering in the back of my mind if I had.
Thanx again.

Really appreciate your succinct description of your set-up! "Usually" the wilting leaves is either too much or too little H2O! Do you have a source of CO2 there?
My own (1st) Indoor (have done outdoor long ago) has "weathered" my own inexpertise, and we are now at week;13 or 14 since planting my "Seed's" from SOHUM; Kona and Hula Buddha (Southern Humboldt Cooperative) and i'm pleased, but getting (somewhat) impatient (hold on Mike!) finally getting some nice flowering! Figure i might be three weeks till harvest (fingers crossed!) O.K. in a 4X4X76" Grow Tent (GrowAce and i do recommend them) using 400W MH/SPS (two bulbs and next time i will use them both at same time!) we've been on Sodium bulb for about 9 days now. H2O is Filtered using simple ZERO system! Nutes are "OneNess" (solely) by Humboldt Nutrients. 4" intake fan and charcoal filter. "The Exhale" (35.00) provides the CO2. and time cycle now is 12/12. I made very early mistake by smaller containers, and NOT enough time under lights!(during Veg stage). IF i could figure out how to load pic's on this site, i'd post some i made! BEST of Luck Bro!

OH! Forget to mention; "Low Budget"! yeh, that's me too; here's my capital outlay;
Tent, Lights, Fan, Charcoal, CO2, H20 Filters; approx $550.00
Seeds!; Ten Bucks Each and i lost 5 of ten planted to "Huevos" (Maleness)!
So i laid out 200.00 for Seeds at my Med. Club, and those Seeds are now Sold Out.
I've got 12 left and will do much better the 2nd time!

Low Budget?
That's what I got going on right now, I have 3 plants that I started from seeds that I had acquired, started them in the garage and had no idea of what I was doing at the time, so they got light during daytime hrs. from a four foot flour. tube ( I went and bought one of the $10 ones for growing and replaced one of the regular ones in the fixture over my work bench).
I started them in cotton balls in a clear Potato salad to go container, actually thinking the light might be good for the roots LOL, then transplanted them after they sprouted into 2 liter bottle bottoms, in some soil I found on sale at Walgreens, and now, at 16 weeks or so, have them in Miracle Grow soil in buckets and have been watering with tap water after I let it sit for at least 24 hrs., and using some MG all purpose fertilizer that I already had, (12-12-12 I think).
The tallest is about 46" tall, and the smallest is 2' tall.

@ this early stage of flowering I would recommend a small amount of nutes!! Gotta understand that this is a WEED..... Will do fine on her own cannabalizing on the lower leaves. So yea, imho methinks ur over fertilizing. Again, this is info that has been passed on to me & trying to pay it forward with decent advice.

Oh, MORE LIGHT.... Can put 87 octane in me bmw 528i & will run fine but prefers 93. In other words low budget doesn't necessarily mean slouching on a proper light source otherwise wasting ur time even in an experiment. Known Facts..... Cannabis prefers some high octane lighting, why do ya think they do so so well close to the equator?
