Canadians and getting a federal medical permit?

There is a site that will walk you through the application process for the federal permit to legally have the right to use medicinal marijuana. This site will also give you name of doctors that will sign off on your medicinal need for marijuna. The only question I have is they want a fee of $149.99. Has anybody used this site and are they as legitimate as the site states?...easyaccess.info

My girl got it for us. It's pretty in-depth info. We're working on getting Doctors cuz we just moved.
