What's the deal here?

Hey everyone. Just posted in introductions. Got a question. What is the status of decriminalization in north Carolina? I just moved from Missouri where I was pretty familiar with they're house bill. I am aware NC has one floating around, just trying to find out how far it's gotten, if it's gaining ground or what not

Never mind everyone. Checked out HB 577 and HB 324. I guess funding issues stopped it short. Well citizens of the Tarheel state I pledge to you to skip a couple of bags and pass the funds on to where they are needed and to actually go vote BEFORE I get couch locked.
