The problem will really come to a head if anyone tries to export any of this across state lines. If a state ever bothers to take these cases to the US supreme court they should be able to win based on the 10th Amendment. As long as the products never cross state lines. Montana already has legal ownership of silencers and full auto machine guns even though its against federal law. But they won because of the 10th Amendment.
