Help needed
Hi everyone,
My first post here and I'm hoping you all can help me. I went away with my girlfriends this weekend and took 1 hit Friday night and two hits Saturday day, after much drinking. SO STUPID!! I have a pre-employment drug test coming up within the next week. I took an at home test yesterday afternoon and it was negative. I haven't smoked in 8 months and was almost a year before that. Twice a year would be the max for me. My question is if it came up negative the first day (I didn't do it in the morning though), should I stop stressing?
My stats are:
5'3"
130 lbs
Thanks!

I did a lot of reading on the site and I'm definitely going to take it tomorrow morning when I first wake up and I'll keep you all posted to how it turns out.
Thanks!

You should be fine with a little dillution the morning of the test.
Drink about24 ounces of gatorade
Pee 3 or 4 times
When taking the test
Pee a little in the toilet first
Then 2 ounces of pee in the collection cup
Then pee the rest in the toilet

Probably fine but thc levels vary from day to day. Thats why its a good idea to use dillution just in case.

OK - I just found out I have the test tomorrow. Should I test again in the morning and drink the Gatorade?

No reason to test yourself again. It will just make you more nervous.
Just reread post 3 and follow that and you should be ok.

OK _ i took the test....and they said employer would have results in 24-48 hours. today would be 48 hours. Can I call the lab for results? Or do I just assume no news is good news?

The lab won't tell you anything. They only tell whoever paid for the test. No news is usually good news. I would wait till monday or tuesday and call human resources to see when you start. If they drug tested you its because they are interested in hiring you.
