"Blutchiladas" The best type of Enchilada!

Howdy! Figure i would share one of my favorite bud recipes! Enchilladas with weed! Really good if you aint too big on sweets and want some real food.

You need

Corn Tortillas
Oil
Meat
Cheese
Enchilada sauce and or chilli
Your favorite bud, broken up.

First thing I do is prepare the weed. The way I do it is I will take a 1.5-2 ounces of shwagg (i usually smoke a little while making them) of swhagg and fry it in canola oil for 10 minutes or so on medium (make sure to stir it). After that I will dump in 5 lbs of ground pork (for the lipid content) and cook all of that together.

Next thing to do is take a skillet and put some more oil in it. Fry each of the corn tortillas in it for a minute or two.


Now get a large tray. Cover the bottom in enchilada sauce. Next comes the fun part!

You will want to set up a little work station on your table. Get your pot of meat, your stack of tortillas and a bag of cheese. Once you have everything together grab a tortillas and put some of the meat in it along with some cheese, after you get the goodies inside proceed to roll it up (like a blunt!)

Lay the enchiladas down in the tray until you use up all your meat and cover the entire tray. After that go ahead and pour some more enchilada sauce and chilli if you like that!

Sprinkle some cheese on top and throw some cilantro on it, if that is your thing, and throw them in the oven. Bake them for 30 minutes or so at 350degrees or until the enchiladas get crispy..

I hope yall enjoy! These things are great for a super bowl party, dinner, lunch or anything! The first time I made them was for my friend who was dying of cancer (he was not a smoker and simply wanted some of this to help with his chemo) and I dedicate this recipe in memory of him.
