seedling advice on first time grow please

Hiya tokers, am looking for some advise re a first time grow. I successfully germinated 4 skunk#1 seeds and now have 4 seedlings 11 days old and abt 3-4cms tall with the 2nd set of leaves just poking thru. I intend to keep one in veg for cloning and will grow remaining 3 under 250 HPS light. At present thy all look very healthy but I haven't put them under the lights yet - was thinking to do so in another 5/6 days. Would this be ok and is there anything else I should be doing at present to ensure best possible results? Cheers.
